Who needs massive voter fraud? Obama. That is why the ACLU and the SEIU filed a lawsuit today, in federal court, to have Secretary of State Ruth Johnson remove the citizenship checkoff box on the ballot application.

Ruth Johnson is a stellar Secretary of State, and was elected because of her keen awareness of how voter fraud took place in the Presidential election in 2008. This is a complete outrage.

So, the groups say that since many clerks were going to ignore requiring voters to check the box, this lawsuit will make sure they won’t go to jail for dereliction of duty.

This is what America has come to. Not a citizen? Who the hell cares? You too have an ability to vote for the destruction of the nation when you vote for Barack Hussein Obama.

This is a lawsuit asking a federal judge to legalize malfeasance! County clerks are supposed to do their jobs, regardless of party affiliation and possible election outcome.

Here we go again. Look what a difference a century makes. The difference between morality and legality could not be clearer. A dopey judge dressed in black might as well be dressed in a white robe with a white hood. This is the legal version of the KKK.
