Yet Debbie Ann Stabenow is shown on the GovTrack ideological spectrum to the left of Dianne Feinstein of California and Harry Reid of Nevada. She receive a score of 100 from Planned Parenthood, scores an F with the NRA, and a big fat 0% from the American Conservative Union.
There is not a conservative bone in Stabenow’s body, and in 2006, when arguing on the floor of the Senate about whether the debt ceiling should be raised during the Bush Administration, she argued that it was ‘immoral’ to do so. But not in 2011, when it was clear America sent people to DC to limit the government and get a Balanced Budget Amendment. In 2011, Stabenow raised the debt ceiling with no interest in slowing spending nor cutting and balancing.
Let’s see, in 2000 and in 2006 she wanted to sound conservative. Those years were election years. In 2012 she is doing the same thing, and counting on the fact that many people don’t know what she’s up to in DC.
This liberal hack has to be booted, she’s a liar and a charlatan.

Thank You …. I agree. Her colors change by the mood of the country but is 100% Liberal. A local couple tried for years to have children without success. They adopted an infant & she then found out she was pregnant. Debbie met the woman and with liberal indignation, judgement and hurtful criticism of the woman chastised her for "Allowing a man to do that to her!" Knowledge, facts and understanding are not necessary if you are a know-it-all Liberal Politician……..
