Hm. So, Obama wants to find a liberal judge to rule in favor of the legislation with a liberal argument just as thorough as Judge Vinson’s ruling was. Heck, the judge may even be female and ethnic, went to Yale or Harvard, something like that, throw all of it in for good measure so the Democrats can really get their fingernails dug in to what they believe is right. So that when it goes to the Supreme Court, everybody can fight about how smart the liberal judge is and how old the Constitution is. The judge can come up with a 300 page ruling just to outdo Vinson’s ruling of 78 pages, and use his research and mind without regard to the constitution.
But Vinson’s ruling was pretty damn impressive.
